TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT
DAVMAG provides technical support to keep vessels well-maintained and safe for operations. All this while ensuring that they are also at optimum performance levels with minimal downtime. A dedicated team of professionals ashore and on-board continuously monitor the performance of each vessel proactively from a maintenance and condition monitoring standpoint.
The team provides a complete range of technical, commercial, procurement, crewing and safety services for most types of vessels.
CREW MANAGEMENT
The onboard crew is at the forefront of all activities and the key to a vessel's safe and smooth day-to-day operation. We understand that crew management is one of the most important factors in efficient running of the vessels we manage and we are fully aware that safeguarding these vessels' and their owners' interests requires the highly efficient utilization of the crew. We maintain one of the India’s largest pools of highly qualified, motivated and dedicated seafarers who fulfil the demanding requirements of this rapidly expanding market. We use modern search and selection methods to ensure that our employees not only have the required professional qualifications, but also the required personality.

COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT & OPERATIONS, ENCOMPASSING
- Chartering and daily operation of the vessel, including bidding for tenders & long/medium term contracts and fixing of the vessel on behalf of the owners;
- Interaction with ship agents, stevedoring companies, ship chandlers, port authorities, freight brokers, charterers;
- The appointment of ship agents, ship chandlers and other partners & the organization of ship services in ports.
- The safe, economic and efficient management of the vessel;
- Arranging bunkers, appointing agents and surveyors associated with the commercial operation of the vessel/project, providing voyage instructions and weather routing.
